In this role she is responsible to oversee the tasks related to day-to-day operation of clients’ household goods removals and to recruit, train and develop staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization’s mission. Ms. Jovanovik began her career as an educator at the American School Macedonia in Skopje to further switch industries in 2008 and continue her professional development in the Relocation and Logistics industry.
Prior to joining Supreme Mobility in December 2016, she has held various supervising roles in an international relocation and logistics organization managing its Customer Care, Pricing, Pets and HHG Transport Specialists, and the Key Accounts teams. Participant of industry conventions (CARTUS, BGRS and IPATA Annual Conferences), she’s been responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relations.
Ms. Jovanovik completed her High School education in the U.S. and holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Archaeology from St Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia.
In this role he is responsible for the overall management of company’s activities, development and delivery of strategy, profitability, sales and services. Building a career in the Relocation and Logistics industry since 1999, prior to starting Supreme Mobility’s operations in 2016, he’s held various senior positions from Back Office Manager to Head of IT and Regional Manager. As Regional Manager of an international relocation and logistics organization, Mr. Spasovski was in charge for managing a region of 15 countries in Eastern Europe and Balkans with 200+ employees in the reporting structure responsible for budgeting and building the revenue stream across all products (Moving, Relocation, Pets, Logistics).
He is a regular participant of industry conventions (FIDI, IAM, LACMA) whose focus has always been on planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually with ultimate goal to exceed customers’ expectation through continually improving the services.
Mr. Spasovski is a graduate of the University American College Skopje (Business Administration and Management), an experienced professional and visionary entrepreneur helping companies increase efficiency through strategic outsourcing.
In this role she is responsible to oversee company’s accounting and financial operations as well as the administration and accounting tasks for Supreme Mobility’s clients. She is responsible to implement and maintain accounting procedures; to recruit, train and supervise the Finance Team. She joined Supreme Mobility in January 2017. Prior to Supreme Mobility, Mrs. Ristovska worked with an international relocation and logistics organization where she gained understanding and knowledge about the Relocation and Logistics industry and held a number of roles in the Finance Department, from coordinating AR and AP clerks, Accounting Supervisor, to working on budgeting – monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews, as well as P&L statement preparations and review.
Mrs. Ristovska holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics – Finance Management from St Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and is currently completing her Master in Business Administration and Finance at the University American College Skopje, Macedonia.
